Ready, Set, Walk!

The popular Walk with Me in the Berkshires program is set to return for 2010. Now in its 8th year, Walk with Me in the Berkshires promotes better health through walking, providing 1,500 community residents with free pedometers and a step counting program, with a parallel program for BHS employees, for a total of 3,000 walkers.
